Hi, my name is Robbie Pepper; I came to
Pagosa Springs eleven years ago from southern California.
The suburbs were getting very crowded, so after the fires,
riots and earthquakes, it was time for me to find a better
life. I came to Pagosa for a visit and saw my future! I could
see that the area was about to grow, and I was in the right
place at the right time.
Even before I came to Pagosa Springs I had a strong interest
in Real Estate. Now in my ninth year as a licensed Realtor,
I am specializing in the sale of new homes and building sites,
although I have experience in home re-sales, condos, commercial
property and acreages.
I strive to continue my Real Estate education, and now I
am an Instructor for the Colorado Association of Realtors,
as well having earned the following designations:
- CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment
Member)
- CIPS (Certified International Property
Specialist)
- GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute)
- CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
- MRE (Master of Real Estate)
- CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist)
- SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)
Real estate prices are still very inexpensive here,
if you compare them to California or to other resort towns
in Colorado. Prices for a brand new, three bedroom, two bath
home, with utilities and lot start at about $300,000. You
can still buy a vacant lot here in Pagosa Lakes, with central
water, sewer, electric, and telephone already in place, starting
at about $40,000. It's a great place to build a second or
retirement home, or to relocate.
I am proficient at reading architecural drawings and advising
new home builders. A solid understanding of the legal issues
and the limited practice of Real Estate law gives me a better
opportunity to serve you more. It's a great place to build
a second or retirement home, or relocate to. (Your dogs will
love it as much as mine do!)
So stay a while if you're visiting Pagosa -- or if you're
reading this at home, in a place like Los Angeles, pack up
the family and get on out here. There are all sorts of fun
things to do: snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiling, mountain
biking, hiking or camping in the national forest, river rafting
and kayaking -- not to mention soaking in the best hot springs
this side of Costa Rica!
I want to help you find just the right property in the beautiful
Rocky Mountains. Please contact me
today.
